This six-week, project-based class is designed for students who have had an introduction to the basics of watercolor and are looking to continue their practice.

 Projects will focus on a series of New England-themed illustrations including landscapes, native flora, food and more. Each project will include guidance for color matching, a step by step walkthrough for the portrait and highlight specific painting and linework techniques for these subject areas. All projects are designed to be traced in Micron Pen before painting to add contrast and technical detail to the portrait.

No drawing experience required.
