In each class, we will delve into various methods to cultivate creativity and play while enhancing our wellness and mindfulness. Design your own journal and add personal touches. Practice mindfulness through meditation and exploration, such as crafting a vision board, affirmation cards with mixed media. Engage in mindful movement with some walking meditation, potentially outdoors, focusing on gentle exercises to awaken both the body and mind. Focus on the breathing technique. Every class will build upon the previous one. Allowing each student to express
themselves in a safe and accepting environment.

Students should bring:
Dress in comfortable clothes.
Please bring lunch & snacks for this all day course.

This class is for ages 10-14.

WCC Media Release Policy

We may occasionally use photos of students in promotional materials. Enrollment in one of our courses is consent to WCC using photos/videos of your class participation and/or art work in future advertising. If you would prefer WCC to not use photos of yourself or your enrolled family member, please let us know by filling out the media release form located on our website, and submitting it to wccregistration@worcester.edu
