Learn how to forge like a viking!
In this fast paced beginner level workshop, you'll learn the basic techniques used to make medieval spiral-faced rings using copper, bronze and fine silver wire. Through instructor guided demonstrations, you'll explore the single and double looped ring. These designs are timeless and were used predominantly from the late Iron Age to the late Middle Ages. You'll have the opportunity to make several styles of rings during the workshop and will leave with the skills to continue making them at home.
Youth ages 13-17 can also enroll in this workshop if they are enrolled with a parent or guardian. Must notify registration office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
