This class is designed for energetic levels experienced earlier in the morning. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and will energize the body. There will be a special emphasis on hips, lower back and shoulders (areas of challenge most experienced by ceramic artists). You will leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.

Students should bring: Yoga Mat, 2 Yoga Blocks, Yoga Strap, and Water

WCC Media Release Policy

We may occasionally use photos of students in promotional materials. Enrollment in one of our courses is consent to WCC using photos/videos of your class participation and/or art work in future advertising. If you would prefer WCC to not use photos of yourself or your enrolled family member, please let us know by filling out the media release form located on our website, and submitting it to wccregistration@worcester.edu
