This class will teach students how to anneal copper and texture metal using a vice and dapping punches.
The copper is first annealed and then bent into an upside-down teardrop shape in a bench vise and
different sized dapping punches are used to create different sized depressions in the metal. They will
have a chance to try out different patterns depending on what size punches they choose. Students will
then be able to air chase and shape their copper into a cuff style bracelet.
