During this course, you will be learning a complete form, which means memorizing body movements. Each class builds on the previous classes, missing any class is not recommended. It is important to practice at home each week at least a few times. Tai Chi is a fun social activity, a martial art, an exercise for overall health, and has other positive qualities, too many to list here.

Please feel free to take notes during class. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. No flip-flops. Bring water to drink.

Students should bring:

This course meets: 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 3/2, 3/9 (no class on 2/23 due to winter break).

WCC Media Release Policy

We may occasionally use photos of students in promotional materials. Enrollment in one of our courses is consent to WCC using photos/videos of your class participation and/or art work in future advertising. If you would prefer WCC to not use photos of yourself or your enrolled family member, please let us know by filling out the media release form located on our website, and submitting it to wccregistration@worcester.edu
