Stained Glass Open Studio:

If you participated in a glass class in 2025/2026 you can “buy time” in the Glass Studio. You do not have to be registered in a 6-week class to register for a 3-hour slot, but it is expected that you will work within your skill set. A minimum of taking the Beginner/Intermediate Stained Glass or Dept permission is required.

A Studio Advisor is available for guidance.
Participants are responsible for proper tool use, care, and clean-up. Participants must have experience using the studio equipment.

We reserve the right to restrict the use of equipment if it is used improperly and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to limit consumable consumption. There is a minimum of 3 prepaid hours.

· Participants should complete clean-up within the 3 hour block.

· No refund or credit is given for time not used.


*The Worcester Center for Crafts reserves the right to cancel any under-enrolled course, to restrict the registration in a course, to change instructors when necessary, and to reschedule individual classes as needed and appropriate. If the WCC finds it necessary to cancel courses or make schedule changes, every effort will be made to notify registered students.

Notes:
For safety reasons we ask everyone to comply with the dress code policy in the Glass Department: Please wear natural fiber fabrics, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.

Cancellation Policies

Effective September 1, 2024 and onward: ALL WORCESTER CENTER FOR CRAFTS COURSES WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE COURSE IN ORDER FOR STUDENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. See Website for more information.

WCC Media Release Policy

We may occasionally use photos of students in promotional materials. Enrollment in one of our courses is consent to WCC using photos/videos of your class participation and/or art work in future advertising. If you would prefer WCC to not use photos of yourself or your enrolled family member, please let us know by filling out the media release form located on our website, and submitting it to wccregistration@worcester.edu

If there is a photographer in your course/workshop, kindly remind them that you have withheld consent to be photographed. If WCC is using your photo in current marketing and you would prefer it not to be used, please let us know by emailing wccregistration@worcester.edu
