Do you think about being able to pull up your walls more effectively? Do you wish you could make taller pieces or center more clay? Are you interested in learning techniques to just make bigger pieces? Then this could be the workshop for you! This one-day hands-on workshop will focus on some suggestions and tricks to address all these questions. We will learn ways to use our best tool-our body-as well as considering clay tools to support increasing scale of wheel thrown work. A willingness to breathe deeply, find your center, see mistakes as part of the process, and develop a vision for the work you'd like to create are what you'll need as you gain confidence to throw larger. A wonderful workshop for intermediate to advanced students.
A refund is given upon request in writing (Please email wccregistration@worcester.edu) at least two business days prior to first class meeting. No refunds or credits are given for student absences.
When course or workshop is cancelled by the WCC, a full refund will be issued.
