Yoga helps build resilience for healthy living, whether you are beginning your yoga journey or advancing along in an established practice. Each 6 week series follows a core theme for building body awareness, a key factor in wellness, and students can expect to progress as each class builds on the one before. These traditional-original yoga classes are paced to accommodate the use of props while students are encouraged to explore their very own mind-body connection. Chairs will be available for use as props.

Please bring: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap, 1 yoga blanket

WCC Media Release Policy

We may occasionally use photos of students in promotional materials. Enrollment in one of our courses is consent to WCC using photos/videos of your class participation and/or art work in future advertising. If you would prefer WCC to not use photos of yourself or your enrolled family member, please let us know by filling out the media release form located on our website, and submitting it to wccregistration@worcester.edu
