Week 8 Morning & Afternoon: Stained Glass Color Overlay Bright Sun

In this week long class you will create a Bright Sun window hanging. The sun will be created by using two layers of glass. When two pieces of colored glass overlay each other a third color will emerge. This will be a fun class with a focus on color theory and construction. As with paint when you mix two colors, a third color is created. The same effect happens when you overlay two pieces of stained glass.

Please wear natural fibers (cotton, linen, wool, etc.) and closed-toe shoes.
***Please bring lunch & snacks for this all day course.***

This course is from 9am-3pm. WCC also provides an extended day option which will allow your child to stay in our care from 8:00am-9am, 3pm-5pm, or both. Pick up is flexible. Parents can pick their child up any time and drop them off anytime between the listed hours. For the extended day option please add the "extended day care" fee in your cart at checkout. Questions? This course is for youth ages 7-13.

We may occasionally use photos of students in promotional materials. Enrollment in one of our courses is consent to WCC using photos/videos of your class participation and/or art work in future advertising. If you would prefer WCC to not use photos of yourself or your enrolled family member, please let us know by filling out the media release form located on our website, and submitting it to wccregistration@worcester.edu

If there is a photographer in your course/workshop, kindly remind them that you have withheld consent to be photographed. If WCC is using your photo in current marketing and you would prefer it not to be used, please let us know by emailing wccregistration@worcester.edu
